Hang
Screw the hanger into the ceiling over the center of the bed. For a sturdier hold, drill a hole, set the anchor, and screw the hanger into it.
Set the height
The mesh should touch the floor or sit just above it. On a high ceiling, hang the canopy from the pulley to bring it down.
Ground, if you like
Snap the cord onto the canopy and plug it into the outlet. Only the middle grounding prong connects. The canopy works without it; grounding just keeps charge from building up.
Close and lay the mat
Overlap the door so the enclosure stays continuous. The free 216 x 216 cm mat goes under your fitted sheet and grounds the same way.

Wash it in a clean tub or basin, rinsed of any cleaner. Leftover bleach or whitening agents harm silver even in small amounts.

Softener coats the silver fibers, and bleach or whitening agents damage them. Either one slowly ruins the shielding.
Questions, answered.
Does it block cell signal inside?
It attenuates it by the dB figures above. A phone inside usually drops to one bar or none. Some towers use beamforming, which aims a focused signal at your phone, so you may still see a bar. Phones also emit RF themselves, so we suggest keeping electronics outside the canopy.
How do I test it?
Use an RF meter, not your phone's bars. We check every canopy with an RF meter during quality control and recommend the Trifield TF2 on its RF setting. Take a reading outside, then one inside with the door closed.
Can I see through it?
Yes. The mesh is fine and semi-sheer, like a mosquito net. Light passes and the room stays in view.
Will it fit my bed?
One size fits twin through king. The hem is 1200 cm around and the drop is 250 cm, which reaches the floor from a standard 8 ft ceiling. On a taller ceiling, hang it from the included pulley so the hem reaches the floor.
Is grounding required?
No. The canopy works the same without it. Grounding is a precaution that keeps charge from building up on the fabric. The cord snaps on and plugs into the middle grounding prong of the outlet.

How do I wash it?
By hand, with a mild liquid detergent, then line dry. See the care notes above for what to avoid. Softener, bleach and whitening agents slowly ruin the silver.
