These terms apply when you use alcovenights.com or buy from Wyn Commerce LLC ("Alcove Nights," "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

The product

We describe the canopy and mat as accurately as we can, including sizes and materials. Lab figures describe fabric samples tested under the stated method. Shielding in your home depends on how the canopy is hung and closed and on the signal sources around you.

Not a medical device

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. We make no health claims.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is handled at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns and refunds policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Installation and use

Install the canopy as described in the setup guide, using the included hardware, and make sure your ceiling can hold it. We aren't responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

No warranty

We don't offer a separate product warranty. Your protection is our 30 day return policy, and items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded as described there. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
